A Little About Me
Hello! I'm Jenny Barber, the proud owner and pastry chef of Sweet Tea Microbakery. Baking has been my passion throughout my life and I've dedicated myself to becoming an expert at my craft. Since 2002, I've been honing my professional skills, having trained at Le Cordon Bleu and earning my degree in patisserie and baking. I love developing new recipes and exploring innovative flavor combinations.
As a lifelong Atlantan, I hold a deep affection for this incredible city and love living here. Beyond baking, I enjoy tending my perennial flower and vegetable garden beds, reading romantasy and science fiction books, traveling, and spending time with my wonderful family and our two cats.
